All vinyl banners
signs are made from Polyvinyl chloride, commonly abbreviated PVC. Tightly woven material is completely coated, making the canvas 100% waterproof, light weight and durable. For large scale commercial banners using a mesh material is the strongest option, the tiny holes in the PVC allow for wind to flow through creating less resistance to where the banner is fixed. Approximately 10-15% of the visual is reduced in the tiny wind holes.
High resolution digital graphics are printed at 720dpi giving immaculate definition, using UV stable inks, colour longevity in all weather conditions.
Professional construction
Reinforced stitching around each eyelet helps make a strong and long lasting banner. As a standard all banners are sewn with ropes and non rust eyelets. Eyelets are spaced approximately every 800 – 1000mm apart. Long length nylon ropes are sewn into the banner material to prevent any movement when hanging.
Banners may also be finished with sleeves which can be sewn to your specifications to suit existing poles and infrastructure.
Banners are rolled around a cardboard core for delivery; this keeps the banner free from creasing and will protect your printed graphics. Banners are best stored on a core when not in use or in transit.
